Ranch dressing doesn’t need to be junk food. Use this recipe to liven up salads, as a veggie dip or even on pizza! I first used it on this stuffed sweet potato recipe with pickled radishes and freekeh. Enjoy.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Cashews
1/2 cup Almond Milk
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tbs. Flour
1 tsp. Parsley Flakes
1 tsp. Cumin
1 tsp. Onion Powder
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Basil
1 tsp. Oregano
1 tsp. Thyme
1 tsp. Dill
1 tsp. Celery Seeds
1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions:

Soak cashews in almond milk for 20 minutes. Combine all ingredients into a high-speed blender like a Vitamix. Blend on high for 10 seconds until well combined. Taste and adjust flavors to your preference. Keeps well in the fridge for a week.
