Instructions:

Not sure what to do with all those miscellaneous leftovers? Here’s a great way to use them up.

Pierce sweet potatoes with fork and bake on a foil-lined baking sheet at 425 degrees for 50 – 75 minutes.

Heat up about a 1/4 cup of each of the leftover Thanksgiving dishes, except for the cranberries, just bring those to room temperature. When sweet potatoes are finished baking, cut each one open the long way and carefully pinch ends towards each other to open them up. Remove a couple spoonfuls of the sweet potato meat from each to create more room for stuffing. Stuff each sweet potato by placing leftovers in neat rows inside the sweet potato shell. Smother with gravy and enjoy.
